We will cover mindset development and the life of professional female athletes, sharing their personal stories, struggles and what it takes to become successful on and off the field. Helping transform girls' self-esteem, self-confidence and self-worth empowering our young girls to preserve, instilling these principles of empowerment and character development. Not only will our athletes gain a competitive edge, but also, they will develop the mindset of the leaders of tomorrow. We welcome current & new girls to attend our 1-day camp with guest player from Gotham FC Jen Cudjoe for Q&A, photos & signatures! #UnitedstrikersFA #UnitedstrikersEA #Femaleempowerment #soccergirls #Mindsetmatters Camp Schedule 9:00am - 9:25am - Check ins & fun warmups 9:25am - 10:45am - Soccer development & Technical training 10:45am - 11:30am - Team Building exercises / creating and learning all about team culture and what that is 11:30am - 12:00pm - Lunch 12:00pm - 2pm - Female Empowerment / classroom activities working on character development and mindset development, individual and small groups activities To finish the day, we will end with bowling, fun arcade games, table tennis, basketball, air hockey photos & signatures Q&A We will supply water bottles for children to have. We recommend children bringing a packed lunch with them We will also supply materials for girls to use during our classroom empowerment activities to take notes and be creative with their learning experience
