Our Mission
More Than Coaching
At United Strikers FA, our mission extends beyond developing great soccer players - we're passionate about developing confident young leaders.
The Girls Coaching & Leadership Program was created to inspire more girls and women to step into coaching, leadership, and mentoring roles while making a positive impact on younger players.
Through hands-on experience, mentoring, and professional guidance, participants will develop confidence, communication skills, leadership, and coaching knowledge that will benefit them both on and off the field.

Step 1
Volunteer Coach
Observe experienced coaches, assist with activities, support young players, and begin learning coaching fundamentals.

Assistant Coach
Lead warm-ups, demonstrate activities, encourage players, and help deliver training sessions.

Development Coach
Take greater responsibility by leading activities, coaching games, and assisting with session planning.

Step 4
United Strikers Coach
As opportunities become available, dedicated coaches may progress into paid coaching roles within United Strikers programs leading sessions and programs.
Community service
Earn Community Service Hours
High school students can earn verified volunteer and community service hours while developing valuable leadership experience.
